Friday, February 7, 2020, An Adult Plant-Based Dinner will be served at 6 p.m. Tickets will go on sale starting on December 15 for the event for $20.00. There is a limited capacity so get your tickets early. At 7 p.m. a movie will be shown for “FREE” in the sanctuary called “Forks over Knives” for dinner attendees and others, who were not able to attend the dinner. Open to the family, friends and neighbors. A plant-based diet is a diet consisting mostly or entirely of foods derived from plants, including vegetables, grains, nuts, seeds, legumes and fruits, and with few or no animal products. A plant based-diet is not necessarily vegetarian. Reducing one’s consumption of meat is healthier and also helps our planet out. Sooo come and learn about this healthier way to eat. Those, who have followed it, have said they have gained energy, better health, and lost weight.
