The Story of Creation Come to Life!
This was definitely a Sunday to remember. We started the service in the dark, with a dramatic reading that was combined with a creative video, the addition of up lighting, and musical underscoring; it all made for a moving presentation! The children and youth did a fantastic job on the artwork that was paraded around the sanctuary and then installed in a diorama in the front of the sanctuary to help visually depict God’s creative work in our midst.

God and the angel Gabriel reminded us that we are part of God’s good creation, and that it is our responsibility to take care of it. It was also comforting to hear that God is still with us, reminding us that it is not too late to make a change. And the children helped us bless/dedicate our solar panels.

A Huge Thank You to our Christian Education and Youth Director, Meg K., along with the many people made this worship service possible. It was definitely a team effort, but worth it in the end ... or In the beginning.
